If you are anything like me, then you struggle with procrastination.  In fact, this is one of the biggest differences between the successful and unsuccessful.

If you read today’s email then you already know the story of Jenny and Suzie, and you can skip right to the video training.  However, for those that are not on my list (even though you should be), here is the story.

Jenny and Suzie worked together for a long time, and one day they decided that they should start working out together as well.  Because of their busy schedules, the only time they had to do this was early in the morning before work.  Before they left work one day, they agreed on the time and place for the next morning and went their separate ways.

5am the next morning both alarm clocks begin to sound.  Jenny and Suzie both wake up saying the exact same thing.  “I don’t want to wake up right now, I’m tired, It’s cold outside, maybe I will start tomorrow, ect”…

15 minutes later, Jenny is still in bed and Suzie is at the Gym working out.  Why?  Because Suzie FOUND A WAY to overcome the habit of procrastination. You see, successful people focus on the rewards, and unsuccessful people focus on the process. You might want to read that again…

Successful people focus on the REWARDS, and unsuccessful people focus on the PROCESS.

I realize that procrastination is something that the masses struggle with, and I learned a trick a while back that has helped me DESTROY this bad habit once and for all. That’s what I talk about in today’s video. Hope you enjoy!

Ok, so now you have my secret to completely destroy procrastination once and for all.  I can promise you that if these 2 secrets are applied to every project, goal, or routine that you have, you will completely forget the definition of procrastination…

That’s all for today, so I will leave you with a funny quote.

“A Procrastinator Is Someone Who Can’t Take NOW For An Answer”
