JV Giveaways

If you are not using give away events to build your list, then you are missing out on a lot of potential subscribers…

This is one of the easiest and fastest ways to build a massive email list.

One very important thing to remember when participating in jv giveaways is that all events should not be created equal.  Some are really good, and some are really bad…

I have participated in multiple give away events. Some of then got me thousands of subscribers, and others got me none. Here is a list of current jv giveaways that I am currently participating in myself and highly recommend…

In the rest of this blog post, you will learn everything you need to know in order to successfully participate in give away events and add a boat load of subscribers to your email list in a hurry.

I have broken it down in a simple “Step-By-Step” fashion to make it easy on you, so just follow along, implement what you learn, and watch the subscribers come in…

Step 1: Watch this video to learn how give away events can be used to build your list, and the 5 step process that you need to follow in order to be successful with jv giveaways.

Step 2:  Watch this video to see me walk through the entire 5 step process, using a real life example.

Step 3: Sign up as a contributor by clicking here. If it is already closed then just use Google to find another one.

Step 4: Verify your email address by clicking the link in your email

Step 5: Get your gift ready to submit by creating your capture page and download page. Watch this video if you need help with this step.

Step 6: Submit your gift from your event dashboard. (For help, refer to step 2)

Step 7: Shorten your links using bit.ly

Step 8: Use your shortened affiliate link to recruit other contributors. This will give you more points and bump your gift more exposure. More exposure = more opt ins. (Refer to the promotion tips below for ideas on how to do this)

Step 9: Get as many people as you possibly can to visit the event site (through your affiliate link) so they can get some free stuff. (Refer to the promotion tips below for ideas on how to do this)

Step 10: Sit back and watch your list grow like crazy

Step 11: Share this post with anyone you think might enjoy it.  Providing valuable information (like this) is an excellent way to get people to pay more attention to you.

Tips for promoting your links

- Email your own list. (If you have one)
- Make a blog post about what you are doing and invite people to join you
- Use socialoomph.com to schedule tweets to go out every few hours with your link
- Post a status update to your Facebook wall
- Make a video about what you are doing and post it on your Facebook wall.  (be sure to tag other people that may be interested)
- Update your signature file in any forums that you participate in and make a few valuable new posts.
- Get creative – The best ideas are originals

If you have made it this far, then your next step is to IMPLEMENT what you have just learned.  If you don’t, then you have essentially just wasted your time and your list will stay the same size as it is right now.

You may not get thousands of subscribers the first time you participate in one of these jv giveaways, but the experience you gain will be priceless.
