How To Leverage Your Blog To Get More People To Follow You On Twitter

As you probably already know, to be successful in business, you have to be trusted. Social media is completely changing the way that you can go about building this trust.  Sites like Twitter, FaceBook, MySpace, and YouTube have given  us a platform that allows us to constantly build your relationships with not just your customers, but even hundreds of thousands of POTENTIAL customers.  You know, those people that haven’t even bought from you yet…

Communication builds trust, and the more ways that you have to communicate with your audience the more trust you are going to be able to build.  Makes sense right?  Of course it does. So if you have a group of followers on twitter that you communicate with and you have a group of people that read your blog every day, and then let’s say you have another group of people that subscribe to your video channel on YouTube… Why in the world would you not cross promote one another?

Think about it. You may send out a tweet about a cool new product that would be perfect for one of your blog readers, but if they are not following you on twitter, then how in the world are they ever going to know about it?  They won’t… And you just missed out on a sale.  Get your audience engaged by promoting your FaceBook account on your blog, and your Twitter account on youTube, and so on.
